    Working towards closing the gender gap

    We have improved our performance in gender balance in 2015, closing the gap even further.

    Scentre Group's total workforce, at the end of December 2015, was 50.5% male and 49.5% female, closing the gender gap a little further.

    The data at right shows that between 2014 and 2015, Scentre Group has promoted proportionally more women than men to manager and professional level.

    There were 38% women at the manager and professional level during the year, up from 36% in 2014 – representing a 2% increase.
