A wellbeing and lifestyle program for our people

    PEOPLE

Scentre Group’s staff benefit program continued to grow during the year, complementing the introduction of an extended parental leave policy and flexibility policy, and contributing to our vision of creating a place where talent can thrive and to enrich the lives of our employees.

Our workplace wellbeing and lifestyle program has been created to support employees – and sometimes their families – to improve their quality of life and enhance their personal effectiveness in and beyond the workplace.

The Group recognises the provision of health and wellness initiatives contributes to reducing the impact of chronic diseases through absenteeism and attrition, increasing the quality of life for employees and enhancing the long-term sustainability of the business.
